The Catering curriculum aims to:

RATIONALE 

Catering provides students with essential life skills that promote independence, health, and wellbeing. At Lyng Hall School, we recognise the importance of equipping students with the knowledge and confidence to make informed choices about food, nutrition, and healthy lifestyles. 

Through practical cooking experiences, students develop culinary skills, creativity, and an understanding of food safety, nutrition, and sustainability.
